About Nicole
My Story
Too often, I see people equating being healthy with punishing themselves. I don't think living a healthy lifestyle has to come at the expense of living your fullest life or out of a need to punish but instead I believe it should come out of wanting to truly care for oneself in order to live your fullest (and longest/most energetic) life possible. With a background in behavioral psychology, I encourage my clients to find ways to make changes to their diet and overall lifestyle that not only makes them healthier but also helps them to feel more alive.
With a master's degree in health psychology, I am able to help clients shift their mindset from an endless cycle of trying and failing on different diets to help them to find sustainable changes which help them get healthier while fitting the kind of lifestyle they want to lead.
I believe in emphasizing self-care and also have a strong emphasis on approaching diet and lifestyle changes from a holistic standpoint. Emotional trauma and even just normal everyday stress can manifest physically and harm the health. I take a restorative approach to health by looking at the whole person.
